When evaluating the condition and service continuity of a pressure vessel, not only engineers need to conduct careful inspection and analysis according to the right code, but also to make sure that all defence mechanisms, including pressure relief valves, are functional to safeguard human life. However, in many cases, engineers tend to struggle in the analysis of pressure vessel's condition, as well as neglecting the fail-safe mechanism attaching alongside the vessel.
