API 579-1/ ASME FFS-1 is a comprehensive consensus industry recommended practice that can be used to analyze, evaluate, and monitor equipment for continued operation. 

Completing this course will help participants to understand and apply the API/ASME fitness-for-service standard in their daily work. 

Apart from that, participants will learn the principles and methodology for Level 1, 2 and 3 assessment of damaged fixed equipment. The assessment methods apply to in service pressure vessels, tanks and piping.
